When I am registered as a customer why do I every time have to 1) manually enter my address 2) enter my payment method? 3) when tickets bought they do not automatically show in my tickets - I have to put in my email address and ticket number to get shown in my tickets in App!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WEBSITEI don‘t have to do this with Amazon or other big company. It takes me time and I feel that it’s comming to a point that I need to use a different company. Please get it sorted or you loose a customer for good.
