We arrived early - as did the coach. However we were not allowed on the bus until 15 mins. before it left. The weather was gettlng colder and windier and it started to rain. Three passengers were waiting in the cold and rain for a good half an hour. They were probably all over 60. One asked the driver politely if we could get on the bus out of the rain, but was told that wasn't allowed. If you won't let passengers on the bus early, even in bad weather, couldn't you at least build some bus shelters in Salisbury? The stops are completely exposed to the elements.The bus arrived late to Heathrow, but the driver was very helpful on arrival.
