Till now I had booked national express bus monthly 4times. Bus won’t be on time and more over prices are too heavy as I am student it’s very hard for me to afford that cost every month moreover once I want to change the date of my bus ticket which cost me 13 pounds. It’s not good to charge 13 pounds just to change the date. I had changed the date on my ticket twice and it cost a lot And also washroom in bus always get a bad smell. It’s my advice that you should reduce the price because students like me can’t afford 40 pounds just for trip it’s very hard because I spend monthly 160 pounds just to travel. I hope you understand and reduce the price Thank you
