My experience with booking my seat & requesting saving seat 1b was all good i evening had a lovely call to tell me that seat 1b had been saved for me & I did say to the caller that most the time the drivers knew i was getting on & had put a reserved sign on but not all drivers do, so the caller said he would send me a email just in case so I could show himBut the driver didn't know i was disabled & need help getting on & off the coach or that my rollator was Togo in the hole so I said I had a email to prove it he said no don't worry So I explained that I needed help So when I got up the steps someone was sat in seat 1b so I told the driver he said he wasn't told so ask for him to move so I could sit there, then when I sat down & belted in there was a lady stood in the isle asking someone to move out of the seat she had reserved she was still in the isle when the driver got in & drove of whilst still in isle not even bothering to check everyone was all seated
