Verba volant, scripta manent !

As I use Ryan Air and Nationas express in my frequent journeys to England, I wrote this review to National Express as an invitation to avoid the recent trend by which Ryan air introduced their commercial (or political ?) regulation about the mandatory use of mobile phone, QrCodes and private apps by all theyr customers. I am very satisfied from the coach company services and do not want they repeat this malicious, hazardous, detrimental and , over all, perfectly useless behaviour. Compelling all customers of the world to use the QR code was not the Ryan air compant better idea. It's not efficient, because the passion for communicating via cell phone isn't spread among every single inhabitant of the world. It doesn't take into account that cell phones can break, get lost, be blocked, be forgotten, etc. Nor does it take into account that even 81-year-old people, like myself, today are able to fly, accustomed to documents and do not like communications that disappear from their phones three days after use. Finally, in many countries around the world (even in Europe), this obligation is also illegal and cannot be imposed by contract, because high-value deals must be made with non-volatile devices, such as cell phones. For example, the European directive on distance contracts prohibits contracts for services from being concluded by vulnerable individuals, including the elderly, by telephone, and in all other cases requires they be registered and be "easily" traced and downloaded (VERBA VOLANT). Furthermore, this rule creates the well-founded impression that the idea has the sole purpose of imposing the "Ryan Air Law of Merchants" on the entire world, rather than a law that is the same for everyone. This with the primary purpose of flooding all customers' cell phones with the company's propaganda messages.
