It’s honestly ridiculous to take people’s money and refuse a refund. No wonder they only offer three payment plans. I booked the wrong date on a restricted plan, easy mistake for anyone, especially if you’ve got dyslexia, and I was even willing to pay extra just to shift it back by one day. They still wouldn’t help. Ended up losing my money and paying again for another booking. Makes you wonder how many people have been caught out by this.
