The driver was great, I took the 1800 from London Victoria station to Sophia Gardens. He went above & beyond, being courteous, using his phone to help me find my way as mine was acting up. Especially after the drive, when I'm sure he was wanting to end his shift and go home. I hope he will be driving the bus on the way back to London on Thursday, 1800. I really appreciated him telling everyone the rules about the radio as well. There's nothing more annoying than wanting some rest after a full day of walking a city, seeing the sites and then having some entitled jerk-face playing their music so loud it wakes the dead. A really great experience. Way better than anything I've experienced using the Greyhound bus back in the States.
