My flight ended up being 2.5 hours late…

My flight ended up being 2.5 hours late and when I asked the driver if I could still use my ticket he said no. It was almost midnight and the bus was practically empty! I looked online and the price for a new ticket was less than what I payed but they refused to accept my existing ticket.
