I appreciate National Express offer accessibility seating and assistance. Especially when travelling alone. I used to hear back within a week regarding assistance, but recently this doesn't happen until a day before and in a few cases I don't hear back. So once I've sent in a message via Contact Form, I ring 2- 3 days after, as I know I'll be on the system.
