I use national express as I find your staff very pleasant and helpful,your coaches clean and comfortable and the journeys on time or reasons for delays explained. Your app is easy to use for booking a journey. I wanted to use My Account to save a booking fee as it tells me I should do this ,every time, after I’ve booked. !I tried for a long time and was very frustrated as I was unable to do this .
