No seats left on pre-selected journey

The driver let some passengers in with a ticket for a different time at the start of the journey and as a consequence, when it got to further stations, there were no seats left for people that had bought a ticket for that precise journey.He then asked the people that he had previously let in to get off the bus, which they didn't and as a consequence he said he would not leave again until they got off. He held us at a station for 30 minutes to resolve this and we all got to the airport pretty late and ended up having to run through security.
