I arrived at the airport over 3 hours late and missed my flight to Bangkok, i had left myself over an hour buffer for delays plus my 3 hours at airport however the driver was 10 minutes late by the time we got to first stop in Port Talbot then 20 minutes late by 2nd and then a change of driver at Newport which took over 20 minutes to swap over. Plus the driver took a detour around Newport in rush hour to avoid staying on M4 as traffic was slow moving. Whilst in Newport the control centre contacted to ask what was the delay as he hadn’t informed yourselves and kept up to date with delays. If the driver had stayed on the route and met driver at Newport by staying on M4 on the route this could have been avoided. I had to rebook a flight which was nearly the same as what I paid originally, plus pay a no show fee of $210 then get a hotel for the night at Heathrow, taxi fair there and back plus purchase food and drinks for the next 24 hours. Also I had hotels booked in Bangkok and Kanchanaburi which I could not make any amendments and lost that money plus had to rebook. The announcements onboard the bus made were just thoughtless and too late. Saying to contact airlines as you won’t make the flight. I was travelling to Bangkok where I had booked my accommodation travelling around, motorcycles were shopped to hotel and some of these hotels I can not change plus have to book for further night in Bangkok. Whilst I understand we had rain and accident build ups can not be avoided I feel if the driver had been on time at other stops and not detoured into a city I would of made my flight
