Simple to use on desktop, but phone app has its challenges.

Using the service on my desktop was a breeze, but I encountered some difficulties with the mobile app. I was initially confused about why my booking to T4 was rejected. Eventually, I discovered that the bus terminus is actually at T3, which allowed me to successfully make my reservation. (I can manage a 10-minute walk with two bags between terminals). I'm 80 years young.
