I had arranged a trip to the airport with the service. As indicated on the ticket, I utilized their tracker to monitor my coach. Initially, the tracker displayed a delay of 2.5 hours, and then it was cancelled, with the next coach arriving just before my flight's departure. Given the urgency of catching my flight, I had to quickly seek alternative transportation and ultimately took a train instead.
I subsequently requested a refund from the service. They informed me that the tracker should not be trusted and, despite it being on the ticket, I should have known to call a number for updates instead. Consequently, I am not eligible for a refund.
