My partner and I were waiting since 9:20am at the Bradford stop for the 10:00 service 171 to Manchester Airport. We were both in possession of valid tickets. Despite clearly being visible at the stop, the coach did not stop. The driver passed straight by and gestured “no” with his head, refusing to pick us up without any explanation.
This situation put us at serious risk of missing our flight from Manchester Airport, which also included a connecting flight. As a result, we were forced to urgently take a train in order not to miss our departure, at a total cost of £73.
This incident caused us extreme stress, anxiety, and financial loss, entirely due to the service failure. Such behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially for an airport route where punctuality and reliability are essential. We complained on the website but still we haven't received any answer.
