The journey from Chippenham to Victoria was fine, just detour because the M4 was closed. The return journey however became a farce. To avoid a closure on the M4 we ended up going past Stonehenge and eventually through Warminster Town centre where one passenger got off to get a train because they had enough. Eventually got to within 4 minutes of Chippenham and the driver stopped, threw his hands in the air and announced he was on a 45 minute break! A passenger pressured him to contact his office for advice and they sensibly advised him to park at Sainsbury's, Chippenham whete we got off. I felt sorry for those continuing to Bath. The driver offered no apology and seemed clueless. Arrived 2hrs and 45 mins late. Also heard that the M4 opened at 6pm so detour was pointless. Not very impressed.
