. . . with the service received from NX - this review would have warranted five stars, had it not been for the inconvenience of IT issues at NX's end. Nonetheless, when connected by phone on the Tuesday, I spoke with a very helpful and courteous gentleman named Mark, who ordered our Coachcards, ticking all the right boxes, so to speak. What's more, our cards arrived by post on the following Friday, so in plenty of time to be used for our journey in May. Thanks again.
