I contacted national floors direct on a Monday had an in person home design consult the next day. Then scheduled the installation for a Friday. Everything went smooth from choosing the design to the installation. The gentleman who installed the floors Jackson was very polite and respectful. He was a true master installer. Very knowledgeable and he did fantastic work plus he cleaned up after himself. I couldn’t decide on how to lay the floors, but he helped out tremendously. My floors look so beautiful and I am thankful for national floors direct.
