I sought a private chemistry tutor from NGL for my daughter at the beginning of year 11 in preparation for her GCSE’s - it was a subject she was worried about and I am so glad we pursued it just wish we had done it sooner- she is now going into her exams confident in her ability to achieve her predicted grade, in fact she is predicted a grade higher since the tutoring began! My daughter did experience three different tutors during the 8 months with NGL due to people leaving but she developed positive relationships with all three - they were supportive, encouraging, patient and provided homework tasks and linked resources for revision. Her latest tutor Zainab Kamran was lovely with her.I would definitely recommend NGL for anyone needing that extra support in particular subjects. Only thing I would suggest people to be mindful of is to pick a day and time you will be able to stick to, although the tutors are flexible if you can’t do your usual day/time, if you miss a week you are still charged, instead the time just gets made up either by extending your next couple of lessons or having an additional lesson - my daughter is busier than me so sometimes it was hard to stick to the same day/time every week!
