My son Jake (Year 4) has been working with NGL since the summer holidays this year and I can't express enough how positive it has been!My son works with Toni Wilkinson, his main issue is will, not skill, which is compounded by his own lack of confidence. Toni has really spent time building a rapport with him, understanding his strengths and weaknesses as well as the learning style that works for him and he has come on so much!In the space of 3 weeks back at school, he has significantly caught up with maths, moved up a reading group for English but most importantly he is more confident in what is doing and becoming more involved in class in a very positive way. We have been plagued with illness, changing schedules and many other things and Toni has always been accommodating when we need to change sessions, I really am happy with our decision to start the sessions and will continue for the foreseeable future!
