Our 10-year old son has been receiving online Maths and English lessons for about a year now and we can definitely see an improvement. His NLG tutor - Hafsa is a very approachable, personable and a very patient teacher. Hafsa tailored the lessons to suit our son's needs which was extremely helpful. It became evident that she has made a difference as our son's year end report for Year 5 was excellent. We often taught him things using a different methodology which would cause a confusion. Once Hafsa started teaching him, she was using the same method as thought at school, so that was super helpful. Her approach was very friendly which put our son at ease. She would also explain things over and over if needed. In addition, if the lesson had to be cancelled due to illness or any other reason, it was never a big issue and these were easily re-arranged with no big fuss. After each lesson a constructive feedback was provided and homework was also given, allowing to practice the topics taught previously. I would highly recommend the NLG and the tutor as I am sure this will help our son towards his SATS exams next year.
