I came to Trustpilot to see if there were any other customers who had the same experience as mine with National Nutrition and found there are a few people who said they had items missing in orders received and were then prevented from shopping on the site again. I have shopped with NN for quite a few years, with no issues. However, the last order had a missing item worth around $8 and although I was issued a refund, they have blocked me from the site. They did not advise me of this until I tried to return something from the last order and was told that management would contact me as they could not email the return label. The same day, I tried to purchase just under $100 worth of items and the message came up that I needed to contact Customer Service. I called several times and no one picked up the phone. So, I used Chat and was told that someone would call me back in 5 to 7 minutes. When no one called me half an hour later, I went back to Chat and was told "your account is not active, mgmt. will be contacting you" and then the agent ended the chat. I even emailed the owner and no response. To NN: Stop blaming customers for your mistakes. As well, you have no right to deny a return when your website clearly states that you allow returns within 60 days. You need to honour your return policy, even if you want to prevent a customer from shopping on your site in the future.
