I wanted to get cladding to match the colour of units. The pictures on the Internet were rather indistinct so I looked at the size of the panels I needed and found National Plastics gave several possible options. I visited a local store and although they had none in stock, small samples attached to a board allowed me to make a suitable choice. I ordered the required panels online and they qualified for free delivery. I quickly received the information that my order would arrive 4 days later. On the delivery date, I had not received a tracking number. I used the companies online help desk to try and get a time window. Within an hour I had a helpful reply saying that the order was being sent in one of their own vans and would arrive within 4 hours. This was correct. The delivery person was both polite and helpful. He brought the panels to the front door. As there were over 20, I signed the receipt as unchecked. On subsequent inspection, all the panels were intact and of good quality.
