i had to go through the BBB and write a 1 star review to get a refund. If you find yourself in a situation that nationalrecords refuses to process a refund even though it was done in a timely manner I recommend that route. Once that was done the refund was immediate. You are able to contact vital records through the state yourself without having to go through them and it will take the same amount of time with a fraction of the cost
