Nationwide responded rapidly, diagnosed the problem and arranged for the repair to be done in a most efficient manner, keeping us informed and turning up on time. Reece and Ben on the Remedial Team clearly knew exactly what they were doing and were well able to cope with an unexpected complication requiring the removal and reinstallation of the whole unit. They were unfailingly polite and considerate and tidied up neatly at the end, replacing pots and a small shed that had to be moved to allow access. This awning is the third we have purchased and installed from Nationwide. We have been delighted with the awnings which have over many years transformed how we use the garden and patio.
