The service on my mortgage has been absolutely disappointing. What should have been a simple process has dragged on for weeks. Information provided has been inconsistent, and service levels have been repeatedly unmet. I have received incorrect and misleading information on several occasions. It seems parts of the process have been outsourced, making it difficult to obtain reliable service or even accurate updates. I recommend looking elsewhere for your mortgage needs!
