Over the last three years, there have been 47 total complaints against this company. Many customers describe the same recurring issues: quoted delivery windows are ignored, belongings are held for weeks — sometimes with no definite ETA — and customers repeatedly report being told different stories about where their goods are and when they will arrive. Several complaints describe being promised one thing (a guaranteed delivery within a certain timeframe, refundable deposits, reasonable quotes) only to have the contract change at the last minute — often resulting in higher charges, delayed delivery, lost or damaged items, or complete lack of communication. In some cases, the company responds to the complaints, but the resolution attempts appear ineffective or incomplete. Multiple complainants reject the responses because they feel they are being given the “run-around,” rather than honest, good-faith attempts to solve the problem. Buyer Beware – My Belongings Were Taken and Communication Completely StoppedI am beyond disappointed in my experience with Nationwide Moving Solutions. What began as a professional, reassuring conversation quickly turned into a complete communication nightmare.I was told I would receive 30 days of courtesy storage and that once I provided my new address, my belongings would be delivered immediately. I provided my new address before the move even took place. My items were picked up on November 17, 2025 with clear instructions for delivery as soon as possible.Despite this, I am now clear across the country, in a completely empty apartment with no furniture, no clothes, and no shoes. I start a new job soon and have absolutely nothing to wear to work. I have called and emailed multiple times (now more than seven attempts) and have received zero response from anyone. Being ignored at this level is not just unprofessional — it is unacceptable.To be clear:• They have my belongings• They have my address• They have my contact information• They are choosing not to respondI am in a brand-new town, far from home, with no support system, and Thanksgiving approaching. The stress and disruption this has caused cannot be overstated.If you are considering using this company: please think twice. Communication is nonexistent once they have your items. I am currently left with no answers, no timeline, and no basic necessities.I will update this review when and if my belongings are returned.
