Untrustworthy service. Initially requested a credit card authorization but then insisted on payment through cash or a digital payment service. I withdrew $100 as a tip for the workers. When I went to get it from my purse after they finished, it was missing along with an extra $12 and my debit card. They also mishandled boxes, dropping them down the stairs, causing fragile items to spill. I received multiple calls two days after my items were collected, insisting on additional payment through the digital service for shipping. It's been over a week since then, and my expected delivery date has passed. The service is now unresponsive to my calls, texts, and emails.
