Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Broken PromisesAll seemed fine until we paid the initial payment, which tied us into the contract.Thirteen days passed before we were informed that our car would be delayed due to damage. Then, six days later—on the day the car was originally promised—we were told it wouldn't be arriving at all.To make up for the inconvenience, we were told the car would be delivered with a full tank of fuel. Safe to say, it did not arrive with a full tank.Communication from this company has been extremely poor. Emails go unanswered, and getting clear updates has been frustrating throughout the entire process.Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend considering another company.
