My first visit was great. Completely down hill from there. While the staff was super, the company customer service is the worst. After paying for my glasses, receiving them has been an awful nightmare. I would not recommend this company. I’m leaving a two star review only because the staff was friendly.Update: I finally called my insurance company to be able to get through. They answered the phone for them. But when I got there to pick up the glasses, the friendly staff wasn't so friendly, in fact wanted to argue their position to me. I politely stated the damage had already been done. I wouldn't recommend them to my friends and family. Hopefully others will have a better experience then I did.
