I never write reviews but this one is warranted. I purchased a Maschine mikro 3 brand new! Specifically because of the software that was included. When I tried to register my new product it said that the serial number had already been used. So as a first time user after unboxing a new product I was forced to contact them for support. After waiting for almost half an hour with little communication, they finally amended my serial number but then left before they fully resolved my issue! He just said goodbye and left! I didn't receive all of my free software! Very disappointed 🤦🏾♂️
