I couldn't even give this a one-star rating, but it was the least I could select to share my experience. I ordered a 'buy 2, get 1 free' promotion and only received one item, which was supposed to be a 'built-in navigation system.' It simply captures the screen and requires a paid app to function as a remote, which still doesn't work. This feels like a total rip-off, and I'm still waiting for my full refund!
