I use the Zen patches for my Jack Russell who can have bouts of anxiety with noises. Using these along with the collar holder she calms right down within 20 minutes. It’s so nice to finally have something that can help her as it’s is awful to see her like that.
Whenever I have had any issues, like recently where I queried if the formula had changed because I noticed the smell wasn’t as strong (you smell it as soon as you open the pack normally) and it didn’t seem to be helping her, I heard back pretty much straight away from a lovely team member named Caz who apologised and arranged for a replacement free of charge or a full refund if preferred. They also asked for the batch number so they could pass it onto their team just in case there was an issue. All in all absolutely top notch customer service that you don’t see nowadays!
