I signed up for a 4-week trial today, and it was a big mistake. They charged me $142 for a wristband that I don't need. I canceled the trial immediately and contacted customer service about the charge, only to find out it was for this unwanted wristband. I've asked them to keep the wristband and process my refund. I will be initiating a chargeback through my bank for this issue.
