I have used this app for almost a year. It has not failed me. I am a practicing Catholic and I would suggest this app to anyone wanting to delay/plan pregnancy. I have multiple sclerosis and I am not supposed to become pregnant when taking a medication used to treat it. This app is very accurate and convenient. I find using a thermometer is more work and requires me to think about when I get up in the night and my sleep schedule. I would recommend the wearable devices because it is less work and more convenient.
