Been a loyal user of their service for 7 years and very not happy about a subscription price jump by 125% YoY (£39.99 becoming £89.99!) based on very minimal communication from the company. The email that got sent to the users to notify about the price increase was titled 'Your Natural Cycles Account' - how is this good communication?! It should have been super clear in the tag line that 'Your Subscription Price is About to Change' or something along those lines at the very least, not a stealth email in the age when everyone receives 50+ messages a day! I see that I am not the only one reacting to this NC's move in this way - makes it hard to justify paying for this service when decent alternatives are abundant.
