I never once used the product and they have continued to change my bank for another year after me explaining I don’t use the app or the product , I kindly explained that 5 minutes after they charged me and asked if they could refund me the £89 yearly fee as I don’t use it ,and their email to give me notice was ent to an email I don’t use anymore. They have told me they will not be refunding me, even though it doesn’t affect them . I feel scammed and extremely upset as I thought good will would be a part of this .
