I have not used Natural Cycles for well over 6 months, the app isn't even logged in on my phone, I thought I had cancelled my subscription. Today I have been charged an annual subscription and they will not refund even thought the account is clearly not use. They claim this is because a reminder email was sent, however it was simple titled 'Your Natural Cycles account', nothing about a renewal charge, clearly titled like this so people don't notice and don't cancel in time.Since my review natural cycles have been in touch with me and provided a full refund.
