I've been on the app for 8 years, and have found it great. But I'm not sure what's happened recently in terms of pricing and customer service. They sent me an email saying my subscription would be going up by 125% the following month, with no explanation. I raised a support ticket to query it, but didn't get anything except vague corporate messages about how they're 'doing everything they can to keep it accessible' and 'investing into research projects'. They just sent template responses when I was asking for a genuine explanation, and expressing my frustration. Whilst the product is good, they don't seem to care about keeping the app affordable for loyal customers.
