So easy to track, I use an apple watch as it is easier to adapt in size and it measures the remperature by having the watch om the inside of my wrist during the night. Using the watch every night provides more temperature and data so it works really well. I’ve learned so much about my cycle that I didn’t even knew before that will be helpful both for avoiding pregnancy and for planning it in the future, and fpr being more acceptant towards myself for periods of low energy affected by my cycle that I haven’t thought of before. I highly recommend it!
