My wife and I booked a one week fly/drive holiday using an itinerary suggested by Karen and based on our aspirations. The trip was successful in all aspects and so must tip my hat to Karen's great work. Clearly a lot of knowledge and experience feeds into the itinerary iterations and great comms results in the final version being spot on.
