I bought the pork pie hat for my Dad for Christmas. When it arrived I feared that it was too small so asked them to exchange it for a large which they did. When my Dad tried it on on Christmas Day it was to big. I sent the hat back with some money to cover postage and their inconvenience. They promptly sent me the medium hat and returned my money.
