Faultless service all round. I ordered a pork pie hat in September/ October 2024 but stupidly forgot to change the size to XL on the drop down. It was a Saturday or Sunday when I ordered so no one answered the phone at Natural Man. I tried again on Monday morning and spoke to a decent chap on the phone who informed me they didn’t have any XL hats in stock and kindly cancelled the order. My most recent experience is the purchase of a Fallkniven Thor NL1 chopper/ survival knife. The item itself is a work of art, a real beauty. Very happy with my purchase and the service provided. Next day delivery, it’s only a shame that DPD in my area are not very good. I am surprised Natural Man has such few reviews! I will certainly be using again. I am also surprised that another reviewer has said they are the most expensive around. At time of purchase with Black Friday, the NL1 was almost £97 cheaper at Natural Man than the only other seller with the same product.
