Placed an order for a box of dog treats costing over $100. A few days later got an email canceling my order and saying my card would be refunded.
I have no problem with a company being out of stock but that should happen when placing the order, not several days later. Charging the credit card before shipping should never happen.
Now I've got over $100 tied up waiting for a refund which I have no idea if I'll really see.
Stay away from these guys, something is very fishy.
