If you need a hair transplant, this is definitely the place to go. From the start of my process into this journey, it has been nothing short of being an amazing experience. From the first time, I even went to get a quote, Jerry, the general manager was so nice and patient and answered all my questions about the process. Because I was coming from another state, I wanted to make sure my travel plans were good, so Jerry even recommended some hotels to stay at in the area and confirmed my travels plans were good. When I arrived to my appointment Dr. Siegel and all of his team were so warm and supportive and comforting. I cried out of nervousness but they reassured me everything was going to go good. For the anesthesia process, it hurt, but the team was so awesome and patient! They would tell me let them know when I needed a break and they would stop and let me tell them when I was ready to proceed again. They even gave me juice to help calm my nerves. Once the anesthesia was finished, I did not feel a thing! The team worked their magic as we listened to music and shared stories and laughs. They even gave me a blanket and they let my friend who came with me, stay with me in the room throughout the entire process. Dr. Siegel and his team were so neat and organized throughout the entire process. I had no concerns and knew I picked the best place to get a hair transplant!!! The whole thing took no more than 4 hours and once they were done, they even provided a nice warm and delicious meal. After I finished eating, I was free to leave. They provided me with all the after care instructions that listed out day by day what to do. Dr. Siegel even gave me his number to call him directly if I had any questions about anything. Casey who works there was also so amazing. She would call and follow up with me following the procedure at least once a week. She even would text me every few days during the healing stage in to make sure I was doing good and answered any questions I had. When it came time to get the stitches out, she also facilitated getting an appointment for me and even sent my doctor a video of how to remove them. Casey would also call me on benchmark months like 1 month 3month 6month, etc… post procedure to see how the progress was going and how I was feeling. I saw hair growth within 3 months of the procedure! Month after month the growth continued to progress and came in so full and thick. I am now a little more than a year in a I am in love with my results. I never thought that I would have edges again, but Dr. Siegel and his entire team from start to finish made it happen! I am forever grateful to them ❤️.
