These people define “customer service”. We have bought several hummingbird feeders from them and one began leaking so we contacted them. We were told they would send a gasket which likely was missing. Unfortunately, we had already thrown out the old leaking feeder and when we told that to Camille, she offered to send us a whole new feeder. We will be forever grateful for her service. They have to be one of the very best of the Amazon 3rd party sellers. Do not hesitate to buy from this company directly or via Amazon.
