I sent in a video for their contest and was told on March 18 I won a free birdfeeder. Never received it. Emailed and was told I would receive it. Still didn't get it. Emailed multiple times after and never heard back. It's now August. Either they didn't send it or they sent and it got lost in the mail and they didn't want to take responsibility. But at least have the courtesy to respond.
