I have ordered 5 bottles of "Probiona Kulturen Komplex Kapseln" on 30.09 for me and my family. I chose the 180st. Capsules bottle one which supposes to consume for 3 months.I received them on 2.Oct, and saw the MHD is only until 12.2024, I wrote back to the customer service and asked why the MHD is so short, which even I started taking it now, it will be expired before I finish them.They replied:1. we always suggest that you don't buy them to store in advance!! (Hello, 5 bottles for my family members, not only for myself, I didn't store the product, besides, it's not on promotion, why should I buy a lot of them to store them???)2.the best-before date (MHD) is always displayed in our online shop. (This is untrue, because there's no MHD of any of their products are showing on their webpage. I have asked them WHERE it shows, then they just ignored my question!!!)3.We cannot guarantee that a Probiotica product will last longer than 3 months, as we do not use any artificial ingredients that could extend the shelf life of our products. (This is a LIE, because I have ordered the same product before, and the MHD is normally always longer than a year.)4. I told them again, that it's impossible about what they said to let me believe that I ordered some product which supposes to consume for 3 months, but the MHD is even shorter and no guarantee about it.Then they just replied: we have sent your the return label, and maybe you can go to find other shop which can provide your longer MHD for this kind of product.** In order to prove they are lying, I ordered the same product ("Probiona Kulturen Komplex Kapseln") again from Amazon, which is also sold by Nature Love. Guess what??? I received them now, and the MHD is 01.2026!!!!). And I realized that the one I received before was old packaging and soon expire product. But the one Nature Love sell on Amazon is the New packaging (without outer paper box), and fresher one which can last until 01.2026. So, what the customer service told about " we cannot guarantee this Probiotica product will last longer than 3 months, as we do not use any artificial ingredients that could extend the shelf life of our products." is just a LIE.** What disappointed me about their customer service are:- they are lying about the MHD showing on the webpage- they are lying about no guarantee for this product's MHD is longer than 3-month, (though per bottle supposes to consume for 3 months.)- their attitude is so arrogant!!! Kind of saying : we have sent you the return label already, what else do you WANT? Go look for some other shops which can provide your longer MHD.What kind of customer service is it????
