I really want/wanted to order from this company. But it's been super frustrating trying to get a hold of a live person to answer questions/requests. But... just as others have experienced their company 800 number might be a scam - nobody ever answers and NOBODY ever ever gets back.If you do want to order from this company they may very well have good products (I still might try and order to see what I get) but don't ever expect to get help or have someone to talk to.. I'm wondering how they do the 100% money back guarantee when you can't actually get a hold of a real person to talk to about your order.LASTLY, I sent many emails and did did finally get an email response to one of my emails and they said they could provide GC reports on their essential oils but they never actually sent the reports I requested. Too bad, from their website I thought the products look amazing especially with the sustainable farming and fairtrade and purity promise.... but it's hard to trust them when you can't really ever get a hold of them. I did want to say that one of the reviews said they don't provide COA but they actually do provide a download on each individual EO page which is good.
