I bought the poultry mix (no chicken) wet food cans for my dog with a chicken allergy. The first batch was fine he had no reactions. With the second batch I ordered my dog developed a severe reaction and ended up at the vets. The company did tell me that they can not guarantee chicken contamination from the factory lines. I understand this but also defeats the object of having novel proteins and the company need to make clear that allergens are possible.
Food arrived on time and the correct date was well packaged. My dogs love the food and leave a clean bowl every time. Have used free flow beef and chicken which are are easy to serve along with a mixture of cooked and raw vegetables. Highly recommended.

Decided to give Natures Menu another chance as they did apologise and refund me for the mix up on the last order. Have to say first class service! Order arrived next day with no issues so thank you Natures Menu.
My dog really enjoys the food and appears to have increased energy. The ordering process was straightforward, allowing me to select the delivery date, which arrived as scheduled. I reached out to the support team to adjust the delivery frequency, and they handled it promptly and efficiently. No issues at all—highly recommend!
I gave the subscription another chance but faced the same delivery issues again. I received an email stating that my order could not be delivered due to an unexpected issue. A new order was created, but the delivery was late and the food arrived nearly thawed. I was told I couldn’t check the food without accepting it first, which is unacceptable for my pet's safety. I’ve canceled my subscription.
The food used to be great for my dog, but after being sold to another company, the recipe has changed drastically. I didn’t realize until my dog became ill from the new formula, which seems to have significantly less meat content. It’s disappointing, as it was once very good for my dog, but I won't be purchasing again.
I was a satisfied home delivery customer for the past few years, but recently the service has deteriorated. Deliveries are often missed, and I am informed of cancellations on the day they are supposed to arrive. Refunds are also taking over two weeks, requiring me to follow up with the company. I feel like they are pushing us to seek alternatives.
